Responsibilities:
？ Provide all HSE support and leadership for the site, and provide HSE training & coaching to Packaging Coatings China
 ？ To be the site HSE responsible and coordinator.

 ？ Manage regulatory permits relate to HSE. Interface directly with outside government agencies, community groups, and other external constituents and stakeholders as needed to obtain and maintain site regulatory permits. Negotiate permit requirements with government agencies
？ Conduct risk and occupational exposure assessments, develop and implement exposure-monitoring plan. Manages and responds to HSE&S issues and crises that affect operations
 ？ Drive incident reduction by establishing proactive HSE programs
？ Involve in HSE Incident Investigation and Corrective Action Processes
 ？ Monitor safe working condition and behavior during process, follow up of non-conformance
？ Complete and submit internal and external HSE related reports as required
 ？ Achieve continuous improvement by tracking corrective actions from internal audit, BBS, Near Miss report, incident investigation, safety alerts and HSE&S meetings;
？ Involve in new project/process change as HSE advisor to make it in compliance with AN's group standard and local legislation
？ Involve in service suppliers(HSE related) selection
 ？ Approve of Personal Protective Equipment's selection and purchasing
？ Monitor of HSE related figures and give improvement suggestion when necessary

Requirements:
？ University degree
 ？ Good English in both reading and writing, verbal is preferable.
 ？ Good computer skill
？ Be familiar with Chinese HSE related Laws and regulations
？ Good communication skills and open-minded
？ Be familiar with EHS system； Have EHS management experience
？ Good team player
 ？ Customer focus
？ Motive and initiative in working
 ？ HSE work experience at least 3 years
？ Experience in multi-national company at least 3 years
