岗位职责：

1、 公司访客接待；

2、 电话总机接听、留言记录，确保信息传递，月度电信费用结算；

3、 快递、传真文件等资料收发，月度快递费用结算；

4、 公司饮用水管理，月度费用结算；

5、 办公室内务：环境维护、文件传递等；

6、 负责与办公大楼物业保持联系，物品报修等；

7、 积极配合、及时完成主管交办的其他各项工作。

任职资格：

1、 女性，专科学历，1至2年办公室行政类工作经验，有办公室或酒店服务业工作经验者优先考虑；

2、 性格开朗随和，形象气质佳，声音甜美，普通话标准，有亲和力；

3、 良好的语言表达能力和沟通协调能力，基本的英文交流能力；

4、 熟悉办公软件、各种办公设备基本操作。
