Job Purpose

To evaluate and control department performance which include, but not limit to, budgeting, turnover development, punctuality of shipment delivery and expenses; and act as intermediary between customers and merchandising teams, as well as assisting the supervisor in all merchandising matters as required.

Job Description

1.Feedforward control for supervisor and merchandising teams by advising proactive measures to combat anticipated problems and capitalise business opportunities.

2.Feedbackward control by creating reports and analysing data to meet turnover target, delivery performance standard.

3.Effective budget and expenses control which are based on thorough understanding on department operations and merchandising business plus analytical ability.

4.Direct communications with customers for all teams to ensure optimal performance to meet customer needs.

5.Guided by supervisor, to lead or support ad hoc to medium-long term projects, such as, but not limit to, new customer development, product development, in the aim to enhance turnover and broaden customer base.
