Job Description:
1. Collect and analyze statistical process control data.
2. Issue, maintain and update quality procedure and ensure proper document control.
3. Handle customer complaints and ensure effectiveness of corrective actions.
4. Organize, facilitate and conduct customer audits, and push the implementation of CAs according to audit result.
5. Handle and manage internal Nonconforming products issues.
6. Other tasks to be assigned by Quality manager.

Basic Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. 5+ years related working experience in a manufacturing environment.
3. Possess ISO/TS16949 system knowledge and internal audit skills.
4. Possess knowledge and experience in quality engineering.
5. Initiative, strong interpersonal/communication skills.
6. Fluent English communication skill both in written and oral.
7. Good PC skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Statistical knowledge and practice (MSA, SPC, etc.) is preferred.
2. Experience in project management is preferred.
3. Experience in IC assembly/test/bumping is preferred
