职位职能: 软装事业部总监
职位描述:
1.室内设计或相关艺术专业本科毕业，具有软装行业五年以上工作经验.
2.负责软装事业部运营和项目管理，具有丰富的项目执行经验和团队管理经验.
3.精通室内设计知识，色彩搭配技巧，具有独立软装方案创作能力，对方案设计及现场布置指导能力强.
4.协调供应商，控制软装质量及进场时间,能很好地和公司其他部门协调合作.
5.具有良好的执行、协调和谈判能力，向顾客提案，可独立、正确、清晰地讲解设计理念、构思、具体方案、特点等.
有海外工作或外企设计公司工作经验者优先考虑.
--Bachelor degree with interior design or art related major.
At least 5 years experience of interior decorator.
--Responsible for decoration design department operation and management.
Good potential of the rich project execution and team management experience.
--Proficient in interior design knowledge and colors available.
The ability to creating design scheme and guiding site layout.
