Tasks Description

Position: Major Tasks
Lead the development and implementation of the Caojing site strategy and the cross-functional activities to improve the site performance (efficiency, reliability, safety and compliance).
Work together with the business units and functional leadership teams.
Tightly integrate all different initiatives from local and global and other functions into on overall comprehensive site strategy.
Transfer global best practice to BISS and lead global project implementation in BISS.
Conduct assessments and identify performance gaps. Work through the leadership team to prioritize improvement activities, close gaps, set up KPIs and monitor performance.
Provide support across the site organization to drive short-term and long term business improvements.
Reduce cost while driving customer satisfaction, safety standards, and improved working capital performance.
Work through site leadership to lead the site continuous improvement team and global/corporate initiatives and reporting.
Lead continuous improvement teams including training, mentoring, facilitating event, conducting projects, develop new tools, coordinate benchmarking, etc.
Drive the principles of performance-based organization in the development, enhancement and constant reinforcement of goals & development plans and employee satisfaction.



Requirements Description

Master degree in engineering, e.g. Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of related experiences.
Experience in leading performance improvement projects with demonstrated results.
Analyzing business needs, determine appropriate solutions and / or opportunities and deploy them.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of problem solving techniques/ tools and goal setting.
Proven ability to capture overall picture and integrate needs and information from other functions, e.g. sales & marketing, supply chain.
Capable to carry out financial analysis .e.g. NPV
