1、在电子/通信类企业从事IQC工作2年及以上；
2、熟悉ISO9000质量管理体系，熟悉电子产品零件、部件的主要检验规范和技术标准；
3、熟练使用常用检测工具和测量仪器，并懂得维护及保养；
4、能够看懂CAD图纸，熟练使用Office软件；
5、熟悉IQC工作流程，熟悉GB/T 2828.1－2003抽样方案及抽样技巧；
6、具有良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作精神；
