Summary of Key Responsibilities:

·
Ensure the production
infrastructure of servers,
network, virtualisation platforms and hosting environment is meeting the availability and performance requirements of the
business

·
Provide second and third level incident support as defined by service level
agreements and HASSELL processes

·
Use the HASSELL incident and problem management framework to identify and resolve
incidents and problems.

·
Apply continuous improvement techniques to improve the operational
effectiveness of the infrastructure

·
Communicate effectively with
all levels of the technology team

·
Ensure infrastructure
services recover within acceptable tolerance after a
major outage.

Desired Skills and Experience

Technical Experience

· 5 plus years of experience supporting IT
infrastructures with multiple sites, with some experience operating at a senior
administrator/engineer capacity.

· Cisco
switch, router, firewall, wireless network, VPN, multi-site design,
configuration, administration and troubleshooting.

· Windows
Server 2008 / 2012 setup, configuration, administration and troubleshooting.

· Citrix
XenApp and XenDesktop administration and troubleshooting.

· VMWare vSphere 5.x setup, configuration,
administration and troubleshooting.

· EMC
or similar SAN (iscsi and FC) configuration, administration and
troubleshooting.

IT Certifications

· Cisco certification

· VMWare
VCP certification

· Microsoft
MCP certification

· ITIL
certification

University
degree in computer science or similar

is a group role for global infrastructure operation, good English and
communication skills are essential.

Working
hour

9AM – 6PM Monday
to Friday, early shift is sometimes required.
