Main focus of duties & responsibilities
1. 生产计划：
1.1 每周定期在系统内更新客户需求并制定生产计划
1.2 每月计算工厂产能预测及工厂生产日历
1.3 总结计划更改信息及原因用于持续改进
1.4 参加SQDC会议，及时跟踪生产计划的完成情况；
1.5 组织生产物流会，针对相关问题展开讨论，优化计划;
1.5 对于有出口项目的，需与LL3配合关于免税手册的计划，预测，调整;
1.6 制定成品发运计划，定期发布给仓库
1.7 组织紧急交付应急措施并跟踪，同时进行PDCA分析。
1.8 针对客户计划不稳定导致的特殊运费进行分析并提供给销售部门
1.9 组织并内部展开客户调查，汇总内部产能及供应商产能调查结果，并组织内部评估并跟踪行动计划
1.10了解各生产线对应的风险供应商，支持物料计划的供应商跟踪
1.11 监控并优化成品、半成品的库存；按照相关要求每月制定库存状况报表和分析报告，并对有偏差及偏差倾向的物料作出分析及改善方案
2. 客户需求管理及交付：
2.1 理解并能内部分解客户物流要求
2.2每周分析客户需求波动，内部展开产能及相关资源评估，如影响客户交付，进行风险报警
2.3针对交付报警，组织内部及外部相关人员开会协调资源，制定交付计划
2.4了解客户EDI的原则及设置，与销售部门协调确保EDI信息与需求的一致性。
2.5如需要特殊运输交付给客户，需要深入了解客户实际需求并保证满足客户相关物流要求，同时负责对客户需求波动造成的特殊费用的跟踪
3. 新项目及项目更改物流管理：

3.2 负责及时准确地完成SAP中的相关设置，物料的爬坡计划、EOP计划
Required Competency and Qualification:
1. 本科学历
2. 3年以上制造工厂生产计划工作经验，汽车行业优先;
3. 英语听说读写熟练;
4. 具备较强的沟通协调能力。

As Asia Pacific headquarter of ThyssenKrupp Presta Steering System, ThyssenKrupp Presta (Shanghai) is responsible for management of Presta business in Asia Pacific area. Product portfolio of Presta Shanghai covers cold forging parts, I-shaft, EPAS system and Suspension product.
