Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop highly creative concept designs and development.
- Development of strategically aligned workplace concepts.
- Collaboration with BD/Sales in marketing and securing new business and agreement.
- Client presentation and negotiations with team, adding creative value and edge.
- Continual research and communication of global trends and benchmark design.
- Be integral in determining standards for project development.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
- 5 + years of experience as an interior designer, ideally with a focus on commercial /corporate interiors.
- Strong knowledge of the design process, including FF&E, furniture systems and specifications, color and materials.
- Outstanding graphic presentation skills.
- Software skills to include AutoCad & SketchUp as well as knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to focus on a single client with a variety of project types or multiple, concurrent projects in various stages of development.
- Ability to work well in a multi-cultural, multi lingual team environment.
- Understand and communicate design ideas and give direction quickly.
- Proven successful track record of selling concept and design and winning projects in a highly competitive market.
