1. GENERAL DUTIES: 主要职责
i. To assist the MIS Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Department and to be of service at all times to computer users of all levels.
协助电脑房经理确保酒店电脑正常运行,及电脑房工作的有序而高效。

2. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 职责和方法
i. Responsible for the proper maintenance and accountability of all computerized systems hardware and software.
确保计算机硬件和软件的正常运行及日常维护。
ii. Perform audit with regard to standard screen wallpaper, antivirus, games and passwords.
确保标准的屏幕保护,病毒,游戏和密码的设置及检查。
iii. Ensure that computer passwords are regularly changed.
确保计算机密码的定期更换。
iv. Perform computer generated month end report and prepare other reports that may be required by management.
根据上级需要,制定月末报表和其它报表。
v. Perform the required back up regularly.
定期做备份。
vi. Assist accounting in reconciling subsidiary ledger balance as generated by computer and the general ledger balance as produced by another system.
协助财务部门调节电脑生成的分类帐科目余额,使之与另一系统生成的总帐余额一致.
vii. Maintain and inventory of all hardware and software.
维护和保存所有硬件和软件。
viii. Keep all software in the safe vault.
安全保管所有电脑软件。
ix. Do the routine system set-ups as may be required by software and/or programs.
完成软件和程序的常规的系统安装。
x. Attend to computer problems, both of software and hardware problems.
解决计算机硬件和软件的问题。
xi. Coordinate with the MIS Manager in preparing the monthly duty roster.
协助电脑房经理准备排班报表。
xii. Train staff to operate specific EDP programs.
培训职员操作特殊的电脑系统。
xiii. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
完成指派的其它任务。

3. COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 商业职责
i. Safeguard computer hardware and software against loss and/or damages due to gross negligence.
保计算机硬件和软件的安全,防止由于疏忽而造成的损失。

4. HUMAN RESOURCES RESPONSIBILITIES: 人事职责
i. Establish rapport among co-employees at all levels.
和同事之间和睦相处。

5. RELATIONS: 工作关系
i. Reports directly to the MIS Manager.
向电脑房经理汇报工作。

6. TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 技术职责
i. To attend to any problems encountered in software and hardware by all departments and to keep a register of such incidents and the manner in which they have been solved.
高度关注所有部门的任何硬件和软件的遇到的问题,保持连续的登记这类事故和记录已经解决的方案。
ii. ?To perform routine system setups as may be required by software and/or programs such as regular update of anti-virus programs.
严格执行常规的系统安装程序,定期更新病毒定义库程序。
iii. ?To strictly perform daily/monthly back up procedures, ensuring the successful completion of the process and the safeguard of the backup tapes.
严格执行每日、每月的备份留存,确保系统成功备份及备份磁带的安全。
iv. To assist any departments of the hotel in formulating their IT material requirements and provide adequate solutions to their needs.
协助管理酒店任何部门的IT需求并提供妥善的解决方案。
v. To provide regular training on IT security and ensure that all PMS access passwords are regularly updated, automatic standby mode on servers and PMS activated and IT procedures strictly followed by all employees of the Hotel.
提供日常IT安全培训,以确保PMS访问密码是经常更新的、服务器自动待机模式和PMS的正常运行、严格管理酒店所有员工的执行IT程序流程。
vi. To perform regular computer audits searching for unauthorized programs, improper setup or loopholes in the security setup.
执行定期电脑审查,搜索出未经授权批准的程序、杜绝安装过程中存在的不合适的安 装隐患。


Qualifications:

? Minimum of 1 year IT Concerned experience.
具备至少1年的IT 相关经验。
? A strong understanding of Hotel PMS System.
十分了解PMS 系统。
? Strong oral and written communication skills.
良好的口头和书面的沟通能力。
? Ability to IT major university.
有IT专业的大学文凭。
? Ability to work effectively in a team environment and take initiative.
具备团队合作精神和工作主动性。
? Must be familiar with OPERA, MICROS, Sun System, MC System, HR System, office automation and networking.
熟悉OPERA,MICROS,Sun System, MC系统办公自动化等软件。
