?Source suppliers with 7 steps and collect supplier data
?Ensure that all the key suppliers within the spend category in charge are completely adhered to Nestlé' Suppliers Code.
?Delivering competitive advantage to the business through development and implementation of sourcing strategies for the spend category in charge.
?Convert Purchase Requisitions to Purchase Orders on time
?follow up the delivery and payment; push to close PO on time
?Apply for Mechanical-Electrical Investigation and Import Permit for equipment/ spare parts;
?Prepare shipping documents for Customs clearance for imported equipment/ spare parts;
?Deal with complaint of delivery/ quality;
?Visit supplier and market regularly, price analysis and negotiation
?Order for maintenance in SAP system;
?Data cleansing in SAP system
?Vendor applying and maintenance
?Attendance checking
?File management and distribution
?Ensure the agreed service level with internal stakeholders
