职位职责要求

1、负责组织拟定本部门工作目标、工作计划、并及时组织实施、指导、协调、检查、监督及控制；

2、负责抓安全生产、现场管理、劳动防护工作；

Responsible for the work of safety production, site management, labor protection.

3、落实装配岗位责任和工作标准

Work to implement the post responsibilities and working standard.

4、按时完成公司领导交办的其他工作任务。

Complete the company's other tasks assigned by the leadership.

职位资格要求

1、机械相关专业

Mechanical related majors

2、生产管理相关专业知识

Production management related professional knowledge

3、虚心学习，积极进取，有较强的工作责任感和事业心，有较强的综合协调能力和组织管理能力，熟悉本公司产品工艺流程，了解和掌握生产管理基本内容。

Be modest in learning, positive, have a strong work sense of responsibility and dedication, have a strong ability of comprehensive coordination. Familiar with our product process, understand and master the basic content of production management.

4、英语良好者优先。
