职位概述：
This position is responsible for Hi-P’s business application requirements. The person needs to perform designing, programming, testing and implementation of application development. The person also needs to provide end user operational support for the application systems.
本职位的主要职责在于满足公司内部业务应用系统的需求.
工程师需要参与应用系统需求的调研, 评估, 设计和开发. 同时还要参与系统的测试及企业内的实施. 并对企业内业务应用系统提供维护和管理, 以及相应的用户支持.

工作职责：
1. To evaluation & introduce new application system 评估并导入新的应用系统
2. To assist in application system implementation 协助应用系统的实施
3. To help customize reports and programs to support of the daily operations 参与业务所需的客制化报表已经程序的开发
4. To provide development documents and end-user training 提供相关的开发文档和用户的培训
5. To provide business application support to end-users 提供相应的用户支持
6. Assist in maintaining and up keeping of all the existing systems and programs 维护并管理企业内的业务应用系统

任职要求：
1. Bachelor Degree and will be graduated in June 2014, major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related majors.2014届全日制本科应届毕业生，计算机科学, 工程或者相关专业本科学历
2. Experience in development language like ASP .NET, VB, C# 熟悉程序开发的通用语言: ASP .NET, VB, C#
3. Initiative at picking up new knowledge 新知识技术的学习主动性
4. Good English skill (CET-4 and above) 良好的外语能力，英语及四级以上
