Customer Care Representative 客服代表


工作内容：

1.接听热线电话，处理客户的咨询，促成订单；记录客户诉求。
2.完成在线客户咨询，促成订单；记录客户客户的诉求。
3.利用后台系统完成查询，订货操作和信息登记。

应聘要求：

1.大专及以上学历。
2.男女不限，吐字清晰；熟悉电子商务，性格开朗、有耐心责任心，有团队合作精神。
3.善于表达、沟通和解决问题；对待工作认真、严谨，积极好学；有上进心，工作积极主动，能长期工作。
4.熟悉word和excel等办公软件，打字速度快。
5.有客服经验者优先考虑。

工作地点：上海市宝山区园新路208号
工作时间：轮班制。热线开通时间为8:30~22:00
