·Be responsible for the development and growth of OEM Market in China


·Based on market segmentation analysis, find out leading and top accounts and break through


·Coordinate selling activities on defined key accounts and lead the key account management. Coach direct sales and KAM to make sure our value proposition is well conveyed and value to customers is well realized and demonstrated


·Understand and monitor market trend, standard/regulation, customer needs and competition activities.


·Develop and implement market strategy to establish IP’s leadership position in specification and become the preferred supplier to influential accounts in the Market


·Implement global brand & communication strategy in the defined market. Build brand awareness to cover the full contract chain to make sure IP brand value is fully recognized


·Proactively engage different level managers to incorporate market plan into different level operational plan. Monitor and report progress.


·Work with relevant functional teams to develop competitive value proposition


·Make sure own and team members’ activities fully align with Akzo Nobel code of conduct and HSE policies

·Bachelor Degree in Science or Marketing, or above


·Minimum of 3 years’ experience on sales/market role in a chemical ?related industry or industrial circle in China


·Strong communicator and willingness to question


·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


·Project management experience


·Solid analysis and presentation skills


·Good technical understanding and ability to develop technical awareness of products


·Strong command of English for reading, writing and speaking
