Position Title: Recruiting Supervisor

Department: Competence Center

Supervised by: Regional HR Manager

Main Purpose of the Job:

Responsible for interviewing, referring candidates for technical, administrative, management and

upper management positions throughout the Company. Assists Regional HR Manager with

administration of Human Resources function at Service Center and Technical Center.

Main Responsibilities:

• Identifies, recommends and negotiates fees with external recruiters and temporary employment agencies
• Develops professional relationships with universities and community colleges and placement offices as a source to generate qualified applicants
• Monitors recruiting process at all locations within China region
• Works with hiring managers to determine required skills, abilities and education
• Recommends qualified candidates to hiring managers after screening, verifying employment

and education, and checking references

• Tracks and reports recruiting related expenses for budgeting

The position description is not all inclusive and I may be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

• Min. 5 years of experience preferred

Qualifications/Skills:

• Skills in interviewing techniques
• Knowledge of government law regarding employment practices
• Requires perceptive person
• Requires sense of confidentiality
• Wide degree of creativity is required
