JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Project Manager of the customized projects
2. Managing the process from customer need to contract and to first delivery from product creation viewpoint
KEY TASKS
Project Manager who makes or converts customer needs into concrete products and collection offered for the customer. The most essential outcome of the process is to create collection plan which fulfils the customer needs and to define the prices for the offer, and after agreement ensure the smooth service start-up within the timeline defined. These tasks are done based on pre-defined platform elements available for the market.
Responsible for:
1. The execution of the customized project as a whole, starting from preparing the CIF together with the sales and till to the customer’s first delivery.
2. Detailed responsibility matrix is the actual RACI chart of the process called, “from customer need to contract” and “continuous service” including the tasks of designer and product assistant
3. Responsible for the result of his or her projects and the effectiveness of these
4. Contact person for the Lindstrom operational customer organization in his or her geographical area regarding Customized Cases and Products
5. Co-operation within the company and with the potential clients
6. Reporting to the Business Group Manager of the area
COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS
1. Higher level education, preferably in textile industry or in business management
2. Project management experience preferably in textile and/or B2B area
3. Ability of project management,
4. Advanced planning skills according to targets, ability to analyze different scenarios
5. Ability to analyze customer information and requirements
6. Good communication and negotiation skills
7. Normal PC skills (Word, Excel, Power Point), ability to use graphic design software is needed
8. Fluent area specific languages and English
INDIVIDUAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Well organized to plan and execute project plans
2. Ability to work independently
3. Ability to lead project team and MST team members in projects without role of superior
4. Ability to take the roles of project manager, designer and product assistant and work accordingly
5. Good interaction skills, persuading and influencing abilities interested in supporting sales at customer interface
6. Ability to handle long term negotiation process through obstacles with the (internal and external) customers
7. Positive attitude, enthusiastic
8. Well balanced
9. Willingness to learn and develop
10. Self-confidence
11. Self motivation to achieve long term results
12. Passion to follow the latest trends in the textile markets
