1.与发货人联系，询问货物情况，并安排发货，订舱，报关跟踪等事宜。
2.将货物情况及时邮件更新给国外，回答国外客户询问。
岗位要求
1.英语良好，具有一定读写说能力，能和国外客户正常邮件往来。
2.具有一年及以上空运进出口操作经验，能独立完成相关工作。
3.一定的抗压能力及良好的团队合作精神。
4.熟练的电脑操作，熟悉outlook，office，excel等办公软件。
