Accountable for:



· Key user for service related systems (SFDC, Service Max, etc...), testing and monitoring of service related IT systems and continuous improvement of internal process

· Preparation and support of customer new launch projects with proper solutions and guarantee the smooth implementation

· Establish good customer relationship to ensure a long and stable partnership with our customers

· Document, evaluate and analyze customer needs and derive internal action lists from customers' requests and complaints

· Work as a single point of contact for all matters regarding Operations and Sales in the pre-contract phase

· Prepare, reconcile bills with customers on time as to guarantee timely accounts receiving

· Preparation of department internal and external documents and reports:

* Customer satisfaction survey

* Termly customer visiting and inquiring

* Service reports

* Competitor Service comparison

· Work closely at all levels within the internal company and with external customers to understand and fulfil their needs

· Develop and maintain good and constructive working relationships with colleagues.

· Develop and continuously improve the customer service processes in order to meet and exceed customer expectation in regards to service level

· Being a hub among Customer, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain and IT

· Harmonizing of business processes for customers


Skills, Qualifications, Experience:

· 1 - 2 years experience in customer service or related departments.

· Highly developed problem solving ability and good communication skill

· Service attitude

· Work independently and flexibly, good adaptability, work under pressure in a constantly changing business environment

· Can-do attitude and roll-up-sleeves work style

· High business integrity

· Fluent in English and Chinese communication/presentation skills

· Degree level education

· Very good computer skills, ERP/CRM experience is preferable

· Skills in all areas mentioned on the left to fulfil the scope of work mentioned in the section above
