1． 园林、风景园林本科及以上学历，至少5年以上同岗位工作经验；

2． 较强的方案设计能力和手绘能力及一定的文案撰写能力。热爱景观设计工作，熟悉景观项目从概念设计到方案、扩初及施工的全过程。能够独立完成施工图者优先；

3． 专业知识丰富，有较强的审美能力；

4． 熟练运用Photoshop、Cad、Sketchup等绘图软件；

5． 责任心强、沟通理解能力较强，有良好的组织协调能力和团队合作精神；

6． 英文口语流利，能与外籍设计师进行沟通；

7． 有大型设计院同岗位工作经验优先考虑。
