Head of Product Management (f/m) - B2B (Product Owner)
The Product Management Department is responsible for the value-based development of the various HRS products. Within the department, the Corporate Solutions Division ensures that Travel B2B requirements are implemented. This includes the development of solutions that are used by millions of business travellers each year.
As Head of Product Management 'Corporate Solutions', you are the link between our top management, the developers and our UX experts and between our product managers. Your task is to prioritize projects according to their strategic importance, to compile suggestions for the roadmap and, on a project basis, to prioritize the backlogs. In doing so, you will professionally lead a team of three product managers.
Your tasks will include:
· Responsibility for the conceptional development of the features and functions of our Corporate Business Travel Applications.
· Further development of our interface-based content integration in Online Booking Engines (e.g. IFAO Cytric, KDS, Amadeus E.Travel).
· Determining our clients' requirements and needs by means of market and competition analyses, A/B testing, surveys and user testing.
· Close cooperation with our top management and our departments as well as managing projects and activities of strategic relevance.
· Creating and editing epics as well as creating user stories.
· Prioritizing product backlog themes according to their business potentials and efforts as well as release planning in close cooperation with the Director of Product Management, the IT Department, other Product Owners and the Project Management.
· Bug Management, coordination and prioritization.
· Monitoring the performance of features and functions on the basis of the common Online KPIs.
Your profile:
· At least 5 years' experience as Product Owner or in the field of Product Management in an e-commerce company, preferably in the field of Corporate Business Travel.
· IT background based on studies or practical experience.
· Expertise in the common e-commerce models.
· Strong numeric and analytical skills as well as a keen understanding of IT and business processes.
· Experience in agile development, multi-project management (Scrum, Kanban etc.) and in handling planning tools (Omnitracker, JIRA, etc.) would be desirable.
· Excellent organisational and communication skills, high competence in problem solving and a structured working method complement your profile.
