工作概要：

磐研电子需要招聘一位电子工程师，主要负责对在医疗系统和工控领域的，具有小批量/高质量特点的电子计算机系统的设计与生产制造。日常工作直接受工程部经理管辖，并承担工程设计的相关责任。

工作职责：

1. 使用Mentor Graphics， Altium Designer等专业软件进行原理和布局设计图的设计

2. 严格执行设计标准和客户文件要求

3. 进行包括EMC（电磁兼容性）分析在内的早期电路设计分析与研究工作

4. 设计各种设备的内部线束

5. 了解产品认证要求（主要侧重于EMC和EMI）

6. 设计和建造样机

7. 进行计算机性能稳定性的测试

8. 开发并调试PCB样板

9. 对PCB样板进行焊接处理和故障诊断

10. 用示波器和电压表进行故障诊断

11. 故障排除并对计算机相关问题进行记录与文件归档

12. 在整体产品设计以及设计认证相关问题上与其他工程师协同工作

13. 与采购团队和供应商协同，确保电子零件生产组装工作正常进行

14. 执行首件样品检查确认

15. 了解质量和环境体系，确保生产流程符合ISO9001和ISO13485等其他相关行业标准

Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer

Department: Engineering

Reports To: Engineering Manager

Status: Full Time

Job Summary:

GraniteMed Systems is seeking an Electrical Engineer for design of low volume, high quality electrical and computer systems in medical and industrial application. Under direct supervision of the Engineering Manager, assume responsibility on activities related to Design Engineering.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Schematic and Layout Design using Mentor Graphics Software
2. Abide to strict design standard and documentation requirements
3. Conduct research and analysis of circuit design at early stages of project including EMC analysis
4. Designing various cable use in computing
5. Product Certification Management (Concentration in EMC and EMI)
6. Prototyping computer builds
7. Computer Performance Testing
8. Develop and adequately test prototype boards
9. Soldering and troubleshooting prototype boards
10. Troubleshooting by utilizing oscilloscope and voltmeter
11. Troubleshooting and documenting computing related issues
12. Work with other Engineer in Overall Product Design including mechanical and certification design concerns
13. Work with Purchasing Team and supplier in coordinating the manufacturing and assembly of electrical parts
14. Performing First Article Inspections
15. Understand quality and environment system to ensure work perform are in conformance to ISO9001 and ISO13485 plus other related standards

Requirements

1. Education:

1.1. Excellence scholarly performance in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science Degree

2. Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

2.1. Must possess mobility to work in a standard office and lab setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, and to attend meetings at various sites within and away from the office

2.2. In person or telephone communication with suppliers and team members

2.3. Ability to use common hand and power tools

3. Others:

3.1. Proper handling of design data (confidentiality, properly filing of design data, etc.)

3.2. Must have a positive, "Can-Do" attitude

3.3. Must be able to handle multiple concurrent deadlines

3.4. Must have a strong background in computer operation

3.5. Must have excellent English and Chinese writing skill

3.6. Must be able to read mechanical drawings and electrical specifications

3.7. Open and responsive to learning and developing new competencies both personally and for the organization
