SCOPE AND SCALE OF ACTIVITIES
职责：
1. Develop and assist third party deploy Flash Player;
开发并协助第三方部署Flash Player
2. Develop other Flash App;
开发其他Flash应用

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
任职要求：
1. Computer science or related major, bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years experience;
计算机或相关专业大学本科以上学历，三年以上开发经验；
2. 2 years above AS3 developing experience, quick-thinking, good at finding and solving problems;
两年以上AS3开发经验，思维敏捷，善于发现并解决问题；
3. Good code writing standard and programming skills; fast learner; sensitive to new technology;
良好的代码书写规范，良好的编程功底，并对程序设计有深厚的兴趣，较强的学习能力，对新技术敏感；
4. Experienced in video App developing, good knowledge of video decoding;
有视频类应用开发经验，熟悉视频编解码；
5. Good knowledge of basic idea of MVC and common framework;
熟悉MVC基本思想,掌握常见的framework；
6. Skillful at JavaScript developing is a plus;
精通JavaScript开发经验者优先；
7. Excellent English communication skills in listening, speaking, reading and writing;
英语优秀，较强的听说读写能力；
8. Extensive project experience, good communication skills; team player;
丰富的项目经验，良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。
