To provide IT services to the whole office by performing daily operation professionally and efficiently to ensure a smooth operation of the company business. To provide IT support for all H-OIoffices regionally.

1. Support the installation, configuration and troubleshooting of desktop computers on a LAN / WAN environment.

2. Support all H-OI IT teams regionally on a variety of tasks.

3. Provide computer training to end-users on all software applications used in the office.

4. Provide helpdesk support on MS Windows environment.

5. Maintain, manage and optimize the in-house built systems (e.g. allegro) to ensure that they run effectively.

6. To install or monitor the installation PC, printers, servers or any other hardware needed for daily operation.
