Responsibilities:
1. Implement recruitment plans aligned with business needs and company policy;

2. Prepare / draft the external job advertisements, web postings, and specifications;

3.Screening the application, scoring tests, conducting interviews and nominating suitable candidates to the line managers in compliance with corporate policies & procedures

4. Work and respond to the enquires from candidates, managers and external recruitment agencies about the organization's recruitment activities and the status of job vacancies.

5. Keep communicating with the line managers to update recruiting requirements

6 Actively look for quality candidates for database enrichment. Recruiting quality employees by conducting various stages of selections

7.Establishing and maintaining contacts with sources of employment such as headhunting, talent market , the other related internet recruiting companies and job ad.

8. Follow up the candidates for the whole recruitment process including candidates candidates' offer negotiation, offer signing, and on-boarding

9 Maintains strict confidentiality regarding personnel issues

10 Be familiar to handle with Foreigner's work visa/permit and locals four funds procedure

11 Other assigned tasks and projects aligned with business&management requirement .


Qualifications：

- University/College degree holder

- At least 3 years of solid recruitment experience for all levels of technical position

- Familiar with recruiting methodology and tools (Interview and assessment skills)

- Good knowledge on labor market trends

- Good team spirit, Strong sense of responsibility, confident, awareness of service, Good skills of coordinating and communication


- Good in both written and oral English

- Familiar with design fields will be preferential
