Position Title: HRS Director of Online Marketing and AnalyticsDepartment: Marketing - 网络营销总监/分析 （SEO/SEA）
Business Unit: Hotel Reservation Service
Location: Shanghai, China
Reports to: Managing Director Consumer Solutions
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / 主要职责:
1. Marketing research and company image building: - Domestic online marketing strategy design to align with group framework.
- Manage online marketing activities and make sure revenue and ROI targets are achieved. - Enhance and maintain reporting and analysis tools for all Web Analytics related topics.
- Develop and implement SEO strategy.
- Support and participate in Website design to ensure site meets online marketing requirements.
- Market research to ensure company profits from latest technical developments.
- Establish/manage and review the long-medium and short-term online marketing plans.
2. New business opportunities:
- Insight every possibility to new business.
3. Marketing activities and expense control:
- Marketing activities well 3.organized to demonstrate our company image in related market. - Marketing expenditure control within annual budget.
Qualifications / 学历要求:
- Bachelor’s degree and above and major in marketing or business administration
Business/Technical Skills 相关技能 （如：电脑技能、谈判技巧、领导力、项目管理能力等）:
1. Proficient English in writing and speaking
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to direct a team of marketing
3. Proven ability to deliver outstanding and highly innovative marketing achievements with limited budgets
4. Well-developed planning, analysing and resource allocation skills
5. Highly motivated, flexible and target driven
6. Motivated and creative with the ability to work independently
7. Significant experience in the marketing department of an Asian/Chinese based company and pose local market knowledge
8. Strong communication, negotiation and persuasive skills
9. Relevant experience in the e-commerce and/or travel industry.

Essential 必须的:
- More than 5 years in related online marketing field
- Good online affinity and knowledge in online travel industry
- Understanding of the search, online advertising, or web publishing markets
