Position: QE
Report to: Quality Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Collect information about quality problem at customer side, conduct first-level investigation for customer rejected product and feedback to plant for improvement.
2. Coordinate containment action including sorting and reworking activities.
3. Coordinate 8D report submission and share corrective action with the customer.
4.Be responsible for audits including PSO,2TP (GP9), Quality Standards, Layered Audits.
5. Take responsibility for daily quality management in the plant.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree majoring in engineering, automobile, mechanics etc.
2.Confident Personality
3.Good English
4.5+ years quality experience (Automotive Industry will be a plus)
5.Know problem solving methods
6.Negotiation and communication skills
