职位描述：系统管理工程师

作为富讯团队的一员，你会在由一位资深主管带领的团队中工作。具体职责如下：

-大学计算机科系毕业，或3年以上在IT领域的工作经验
-学习并熟知公司为小企业自主研发的管理软件
-设计，安装并持续支持基础设施工作，具体如下：
-Linux和Windows的服务器
-DNS, Microsoft Active Directory
-网络交换机和路由器
-提供ADSL,MPLS和网站托管服务
-电话系统，模拟PBX和VOIP(Asterisk, Avaya, Nortel)
-定期执行客户上门维护服务，并且包括支持最终用户的计算机需求，具体如下：
-安全评估，审核和确保遵守
-防病毒和垃圾邮件的基础设施
-邮件支持及应用程序安装
-掌握以下3种以上的技术能力
- Linux 服务器管理
- 邮件发送, IMAP, POP3
- PHP, Perl, Shell 脚本
- DNS, BIND
- Windows 服务器管理
- Microsoft Active Directory
-服务器交换管理
- Asterisk VOIP 系统
- 模拟PBX 安装和配置
- 路由器和交换机的安装盒配置
-提供优质的服务并且满足公司与客户之间协议服务标准

Job Description: Consultant Systems Engineer
As a conultant with Fusion Systems, you will work as part of a small team led by a senior consultant. Responsibilities will include:

- Learning about Fusion’s proprietary “OIB” (Office in A Box) small business product
- Design, setup and ongoing support for infrastructure including:
- Linux and Windows 2012 Server
- DNS, Microsoft Active Directory
- Internet switches & routers
- Provision of ADSL, MPLS and web-hosting services
- Phone systems, analog PBX and VOIP (Asterisk, Avaya,Nortel)
- Perform regular on-site client visits and support end-user computing requirements, including
- Security assessment, audits and ensuring compliance
- Anti-virus and anti-spam infrastructure
- Support of email and installed applications
- Provide quality services & meet service standards stated in SLA


Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Mature, “can-do” attitude
- Ability to interact with both Fusion colleagues and end customers
- Team player
- University degree in Computer Science, or 2+ years of work experience in IT support role
- Hands-on technical ability in three or more of the following areas:
- Windows Server Administration
- Microsoft Active Directory
- Exchange Server Administration
- Email systems administration
- Web server administration
- Backup software and systems
- Linux server administration
- Sendmail, IMAP, POP3
- PHP, Perl, Shell scripting
- DNS, BIND


- Asterisk VOIP systems
- Analog PBX setup and configuration
- Router and Switch installation and configuration
- Motivated technologist, eager to learn and apply new technologies to benefit our clients

Preferred
Fusion’s current team are bi-lingual and many of our clients are foreign or foreign-owned enterprises. Fluent spoken and written English is preferred but not essential for this position
