Responsibilities:
？ Be responsible for internal purchasing, contact with Hong Kong Office and Germany Head-office.
？ Be responsible for the daily operation of sales activities, handling all sales documents including sales quotations, sales contract, delivery notice and etc. in Kingdee K3 ERP System.

Requirements:
？ Female
？ College or Bachelor Degree
？ Sensible to figures.
？ Good spoken, listening & written English is necessary
？ Good communication ability with clients
？ Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
？ Well-organized, a good team player , able to properly plan, high working efficiency

Location: Shanghai-Songjiang District



工作职责：
？ 集团内部采购，需联系香港公司及德国总部；
？ 协助日常的销售业务工作，在金蝶K3 ERP系统中处理销售报价、销售合同、发货通知等事宜。

？ 本科以上学历；
？ 对数字敏感；
？ 良好的英语口语、听力和书面表达能力；
？ 具有较强的沟通能力；
？ 熟练操作办公软件；
？ 良好的组织能力和团队精神，善于计划，工作效率高。

工作地点：上海松江区新桥镇
