1、大专以上工民建相关专业毕业，有一级/二级建造师证书；
2、10年以上现场工作经验，有2个以上独立负责完成项目，具有外资项目管理经历优先考虑；
3、熟练应用AotuCAD、Ms Project以及办公自动化软件等；
4、熟练应用专业知识和技能协调和处理现场发生的各种问题；
5、品行良好，吃苦耐劳，可长驻施工现场。
