岗位职责：

1.负责评估、维护工程/制造流程、SOP、UPH等

2.开发和维护生产设备和设施

3.操作工人培训

4.与QE一起制定质量计划

5.准备投资预算和回报率分析

6.带领生产车间持续提高生产率和质量

7.处理产线异常事件，确保按时出货

8.与NPI部门保持沟通，确保新产品顺利投产

任职资格：

1.35周岁以下，至少2年相关经验

2.大专及以上学历，机械或电子专业

3.熟练操作电脑并制作报告
