1.联系发货人，询问货物情况，安排发货进仓，跟踪报告，给国外发预报等事宜。
2.邮件回复国外问询，并及时更新货物情况
岗位要求：
1.有一年以上空运进出口客服或操作经验，女士优先考虑。
2.英语水平良好，能满足日常和国外客户邮件及电话交流
3.熟练的电脑技能，熟悉office办公软件和outlook。
4.具有一定抗压能力和耐心。
