Responsibilities
CEA is looking for a talented, proactive individual to join our dynamic team as a Quality Control Engineer. Specifically, the employee will be responsible for the following work streams:
1. Coordinate quality control projects in conjunction with clients and targeted factories
a. Conduct primary research in Chinese and in English through factory visits, in-person meetings, and phone interviews
b. Travel to local factories for quality control purposes during the production process
c. Manage production, sales, quality control, and related departments so as to ensure the timely completion of quality control projects
2. Perform and execute quality control efforts in a timely and successful manner
a. Collect and review project documents prior to production, including IQC, procedures, worker qualifications, reports/records, etc.
b. Conduct initial factory audits at local manufacturing site
c. Monitor solar module or solar electric equipment production processes
d. Manage pre-shipment inspections for solar module products or PV related electric equipment
e. Ensure quality of all functions and related tests according to EN/IEC 61215 while at factory visits
f. Arrange independent testing with third-party testing centers as needed
g. Draft and complete quality control reports in a timely manner
3. Complete engineering-related projects
a. Sourcing and supplier evaluation of solar products and components
b. Design execution plans for related projects
4. Execute ad-hoc projects as required by manager or CEO
5. Maintain CEA’s existing industry relationships, as well as establish new relationships with solar industry professionals
Additional projects may be added by CEA, or on an ad-hoc basis for other tasks and assignments.


Qualifications
The employee must possess:
(i) Fluency in English and Mandarin, including business English and business Mandarin
(ii) Mastery of solar module technologies or PV related electric equipment (such as inverter, transformer, etc)
(iii) Mastery of quality control methodologies and knowledge of relevant standards
(iv) Solid and structured analytical, problem-solving, and writing skills
(v) Diligent work ethic, high level of motivation and desire for results
(vi) Strong cross-cultural teamwork and communication skills
(vii) Mastery of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other similar programs
In addition, the employee must have:
(i) A bachelor’s degree in Technology or Engineering, PV related or Electric related major are preferd
(ii) Willingness to travel within China
(iii) One (1) or more years of professional work experience in a technical or quality control function in the solar manufacturing or related electric equipment industry
(iv) Deep knowledge of solar module production processes and the crucial aspects of each step of the production process

d) 为光伏产品或相关电气设备做出厂验货检测

e) 通过工厂视察，保证产品功能达标并且通过EN/IEC 61215测试

f) 如有需要，安排第三方机构进行独立测试

g) 及时完成质量控制报告

3. 完成工程相关项目

a) 对太阳能产品和零部件的采购和供货商进行评估

b) 对相关项目设计执行方案

4. 根据经理或CEO的要求完成特定项目

5. 维持CEA现有的行业关系，并且与专业光电机构建立新的联系

CEA可能会布置其他项目或者临时派遣其他任务

工作要求：

雇员必须具备

1. 中英文流利，其中主要包括商务英语和普通话

2. 熟悉太阳能组件及相关电气设备（如逆变器，变压器等）技术

3. 熟悉质量控制方法和相关标准

4. 扎实的结构分析能力，解决问题能力和写作技能

5. 良好的职业道德，有主观能动性和积极进取心

6. 有较强的跨文化团队合作和交流能力

7. 熟练掌握Office软件和其他相关计算机能力

此外，还需具备

1. 工程技术相关本科或以上学历，光伏相关专业或电气相关专业者优先

2. 愿意接受国内出差安排

3. 在太阳能或相关电气设备制造业有1年或以上的技术或质量控制工作经验

4. 深谙太阳能组件生产过程，熟悉每一步生产过程的重要方面
