Job Summary:
Overall accountable for the commercial department including procurement, tendering, proposal preparation, cost estimation, etc.

Key duties/responsibilities:
- Reporting to Operation Director on project support and Managing Director on sales and marketing;
- Lead the commercial and QS department;
- Support the marketing team, project team on commercial aspect;
- Focuses on meeting proposal requirements and timelines;
- Oversees the preparation of required proposal, documents, spreadsheets, databases, graphs, cost estimates, cost control, cost evaluation and summaries to communicate proposal progress or results;
- Develops and implements innovative and effective solutions to problems;
- Implements and authors improvements to the work processes and procedures with guidance of others;
- Organizes, plans and prioritizes work for team and proactively monitors and adjusts plans;
- Facilitates team meetings and decisions;
- Provides technical direction to team members;

Requirement/Qualification:
- Bachelors in Quantity Surveying (QS), Cost Estimation,Cost Engineering or interior design;
- QS, cost estimator and cost engineering background from developer, consultancy firm or contractor;
- Minimum of 5 years working experience with at least 5 years in QS and estimator in interior renovation Industry;
- Good command of Chinese and English;
- Able to works independently, and to lead the QS team for project cost proposal;
- Maintains knowledge of renovation and interior decoration;
- Able to handle multiple assignments simultaneous;
- Able to establishproposal time management and produce contingency plan to avoid;
- Must be proficient with computer programs; MS Outlook, Word, Excel, MS Project and AutoCAD.
