Job specifications/职位要求:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or related field from an accredited college or
university and significant directly related experience or a Master’s Degree in Environmental Health and Safety and directly related experience..
- Be skilled and knowledgeable in hazard and exposure identification, auditing and inspections; conducting EHS training and related governmental reporting requirements.
- Able to use the Microsoft suite of tools including Power Point, Excel, Word, etc. With ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 internal auditor certificate.
- Good training and presentation skills, techniques, applications and practices.

General duties/主要职责：
Maintain and develop, if required, the necessary EHS standards to ensure the environmental, health and safety of site personnel, visitors and contractors.
Lead the site Health and Safety committee.
Co-ordinate the efforts of and coach personnel through the development of critical documentation and tools to support risk assessments, safe work practices and adverse event/near miss reporting & investigation.
Work closely with site leadership to ensure continual improvement and compliance in EHS activities.
Maintain and develop, if required, compliance-related policies and procedures based on EHS requirements.
Provide EHS direction, assistance and support for corrective actions and recommendations to assure site EHS improvements.
Help create a culture of injury-free attitudes within the site team by demonstrating honest, genuine care and passion for EHS.
Develop and implement site workplace inspections and audits to identify work hazards and exposures. Determine trends and action plans for remediation and corrective actions.
Responsible for ensuring that employees receive training on EHS related topics.
Represent the Company to outside agencies, media and auditors on EHS related matters.
Maintain regulatory documentation and records.
Provide co-ordination and leadership in response to incidents.
Select and manage consultants and/or contractors for specialized EHS related work.
Perform related duties as assigned.
Work within the Company’s EHS policies and practices.
Flexibility regarding any other duties which may be required from time to time.
