职位描述：

1. 调查现场动力条件以辅助项目规划
2. 编制和提供最佳的工程设计方案，以满足客户的需求和预算
3. 为各相关MEP系统采购准备招标计划及技术规格
4. 检查设计变更，评估对成本的影响
5. 准备和编制各个MEP专业的图纸和系统/装置的规格
6. 进行设计项目所需要的工程计算
7. 进行现场施工的协调工作，并编制施工进度时间表

职业资格：

1. 在机械和电气工程，或同等的学位、文凭
2. 至少5年相关职位经验
3. 熟悉MEP的细节知识，工作图纸和当地建设实践
4. 熟悉国内和国际规范要求
5. 熟练的英语口语和书面英语和普通话
6. 愿意出差并满足项目的要求（约30%）
7. 工作地点为上海

Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Investigate proposed construction sites to establish availability of utilities
2. Research and advise on the best engineering solution to meet with a client’s needs and budget
3. Prepare tender plans and tender documents for placement of various kinds of MEP contract services
4. Check the design changes to assess the effects on costs
5. Prepare and interpret specifications, drawings and regulations for MEP services/systems/installations
6. Prepare engineering calculations required for the design of projects
7. Work out delivery and installation schedules for the coordination of site activities

Qualifications:

1. Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or its equivalent
2. Minimum 5 years relevant experience in the same capacity
3. Strong knowledge of MEP details, working drawings and local construction practices
4. Conversant with local and international codes and regulations
5. Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
6. Flexible and willing to travel to meet project requirements (about 30%)
7. Work is based in Shanghai
