5.通过报表来回顾业绩状况，保持与其他团队的良好沟通并提供改进建议。
Generate the fulfillment reports, Review and communication with other teams, giving suggestion of how to improve;.

职位要求：

1、大专或以上学历，英语熟练
College degree or above, proficient in English.

2、三年以上呼叫中心销售管理经验
Minimum 3 years‘ management experiences in call center sales mgmt, like Staffing, Training and Quality mgmt, Productivity mgmt, Operational process mgmt, People mgmt, TL, SV

3、熟悉呼叫中心管理模式，熟练运用各种激励措施营造奋进的销售氛围；有一定的市场营销策划经验
Familiar with call center management mode, skillfully use all kinds of incentives to build forge ahead sales atmosphere; Marketing planning experience.

4、具备较强的数据统计和分析能力，发现并解决问题，不断提升工作效率；
Have strong ability of data statistic and analysis, find and solve problems, improve work efficiency;
