JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. This position shall work closely with procurement team, ensure smooth handling of import and export as well as logistic procedures.

2. He/she shall support from domestic the works to transport department overseas.

3. Handle foreign trade procedures with custom and other related authorities. Initiate and update relevant registration matters and keep documentations as required by external authorities and internal departments.

4. Identify and supervise the 3rd party service providers for logistic matter if necessary.

5. Handle foreign currency and import/export tax related matters via working closely with finance colleagues if necessary.

6. Organize and manage transportation matters as per the requirements.

7. Effectively communicate internally and externally to closely monitor the progress.

8. Knowledge of Inspection policy, HS-CODE, insurance, etc.

9. Cost analysis for both air cargos and ocean shipments.

10. Need accomplish other tasks if necessary.

REQUIREMENT:

1. Bachelor degree or equivalent education in Logistics, minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics solution experience(ocean & air);good graduates can be also acceptable.

2. Familiar with Im/Ex knowledge and operation process;

3. Good command of both oral and written English;

4. Good command of computer, MS office as well;

5. Familiar with international practice as well as related governmental regulation;

6. Good team work spirit and strong communication and coordination skills
