职位描述
工作内容：
1、接听客户报修电话，处理客户简单的报障问题并作记录；复杂的反馈给技术部门，安排工程师处理，跟踪报障问题直至完成并作记录；
2、对报障的内容制作成日报，周报，月报定期发送给客户；
3、对工程师的上门维修服务进行回访，记录客户对工程师的满意度；
4、根据客户要求，将需要月度维护的任务下发给技术部，做好任务的安排、跟踪和结束后的汇报工作；
5、配合其他部门的工作，并提出建设性的意见；
6、领导交代的其他事务；
职位要求：
1、大专以上毕业，2年以上工作经验；
2、普通话，口齿清晰，声音甜美；
3、责任心高、团队合作精神；
4、Office 软件熟练；
5、良好的沟通能力；
6、反应敏捷，表达清晰；
