JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Sourcing local suppliers and factories to fulfill and enhance the supplier network in China.

2. Analyzes purchase requisitions to ensure clarity and completeness in description of materials, components and equipment, quantity and quality requirements, delivery requirements, mode of transportation, and proper support documentation.

3. Establish and maintain list of qualified suppliers and update timely.

4. Continuously update the supplier database with newly approved suppliers, updated terms and conditions, prices etc.

5. Continuously report progress of all supplier quality related activities to Purchasing leader.

6. Prepare and source Request for Quotation (RFQ) to support colleagues overseas.

7. Ability of negotiate for best price, delivery, terms of payment and purchase conditions, and other factors impacting costs. Issues PO after securing required approvals.

8. Follows up production. Coordinate FOB delivery with the appointed Freight forwarder. Checks on correct transfer of goods and materials.

9. Factory & Product Inspection (QC), if necessary.

10. Other tasks if necessary.

REQUIREMENT:
1. University or above;
2. At least 2 yearts relevant experience, or he/she shall be fast learner.
3. Good computer skills: MS word, Excel, outlook, etc.

4. Good command of both written and spoken English.
5. Good sense of responsibility, team work and hardworking.
6. Able to travel domestically, if necessary.
