Production Planner (m / f) for the Automotive and Aviation Industry

Location: Shanghai

Tasks

Building of the planning team in China

Implementation and, if necessary, management of planning projects

Concept planning, process planning and layout design

Functional collaboration with vehicle development for product designs suitable for production

Scheduling of processes in interaction with automated production equipment

Detailed planning of manufacturing processes including production line cycles and preparation of time analysis

Cost planning, cost control, cost / budget responsibility

Preparation of specifications, tender documents and tender evaluations

Planning of migration and start-up concepts

Project coordination

Contractor support

Qualification

You are an engineer / in the field of industrial engineering, production engineering, automotive or mechanical engineering. You also have product or production knowledge in the field of automotive assembly or have already some experience in assembly and process planning as well as joining technology. You have knowledge of digital production planning (Delmia or eM-Designer / eM-Planner). You have a quick grasp of technical processes in the production of automobiles. Experience in a similar position is desirable but not required.

An analytical and conceptual mind, structured work, confidence, flexibility, initiative, and communication skills characterize your personality. A good knowledge of MS Office products and MTM-UAS is mandatory. In addition, you have to be fluent in written and spoken English and have Chinese language skills. Willingness to travel at home and abroad is necessary.

- 在中国组建设计团队

- 规划和领导项目的实施

- 概念设计、流程设计和布局

- 功能组的工作与汽车研发，确定符合生产的产品设计

- 流程规划与自动化生产设备

- 制造工艺的详细规划，包括生产线平衡和创建时间分析

- 成本计划、成本控制、成本/预算责任

- 制定规格书、招标文件及标书评审

- 转化和启动概念规划

- 项目协调

- 维护与外部公司的关系

任职资格：

工业工程、生产技术、汽车或机械制造专业的工程师。具备汽车装配领域的产品或生产专业知识，或具有焊接、流程规划和连接技术方面的工作经验。具备数字生产计划（Delmia或eM设计师/eM规划师）的知识。能快速掌握汽车制造的技术工艺。最好有类似职位的工作经验，但不是必要条件。

具备分析性和计划性的思维能力，结构化的工作方式，自信，有较强的灵活性、主动性和沟通能力。熟悉MS Office办公软件和MTM-Aus。英文听说读写流利，懂中文。愿意在国内外出差。
