POSITION : SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE
职位：销售主管

Based in Shanghai
工作地点：上海

职责

1. 开拓市场
2. 接收和收集市场信息—客户的要求和竞争者的进展
3. 始终了解最新市场信息
4. 成功的销售交易
5. 给客户提供专业服务，保持良好关系

要求：
1. 至少3年以上在中国的销售与市场经验
2．热衷销售业绩
3．有直接或间接地在酒店，化学处理，物业管理，环境服务行业或政府相关机构工作过的经验。
4．能够服务客户
5．优秀的中英文说，写能力
6．具有很好的做提案的能力
7．持有相关专业学士以上学位：工程类，酒店类，社会科学，营销学



The Responsibilities


1. Generating and following up on leads
2. Receiving and collecting market intelligence and information – customer requirements and competitor developments
3. Maintaining marketing tools and print matter are up to date
4. Successful sales deals
5. Keeping professional Client relationship



The Requirement

1. At least 3 years Sales & Marketing in China
2. Sales result driven
3. Worked directly or indirectly within the hospitality, chemical processing, property management, environmental service industries or government related organization
4. Dealt with servicing clients
5. A keen and hardworking individual.
6. Excellent communications skills, written & oral proficiency in English and Chinese
7. Good Presentation skills
8. Diploma / Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Hospitality, Social Science, Sales & Marketing
