Quality Manager (m / f)
Locations: Shanghai
Tasks
In you role as quality manager you have to perform the following tasks:
Project control / management
Responsible for quality of development and production projects
Advice on methods
Quality assurance during construction
Initial sampling of new parts
Production maturity assessment of new parts
Identification and support of suppliers
Assessment of production feasibility
Risk assessment
Fault management
Qualification
You have a degree in engineering, ideally in mechanical engineering, production engineering, electrical engineering or you are a technician with relevant qualifications. You already have several years work experience in the automotive, aerospace or rail vehicle industry or you have relevant knowledge in these areas.
You possess a great deal of commitment, strong analytical skills and entrepreneurial thinking and drive. You have a winning personality and drive the optimization of quality assurance with conviction.
Experience in quality and product assurance, process control, project management, production or development is desirable.
Sound knowledge in at least one the following standards is mandatory: ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, VDA 6.1, VDA 6.4, IRIS, or DIN 9100.
You have good knowledge of MS Office and are fluent in English. Unrestricted mobility is a prerequisite. Ability to work in a team as well as communication and social skills in dealing with colleagues and customers complement your profile.

最好具备质量和产品安全、过程控制、项目管理、生产或开发方面的工作经验。
至少掌握以下一种标准的基本知识：ISO 9001、ISO/TS 16949、VDA 6.1、VDA 6.4、IRIS或DIN 9100。
熟悉MS Office办公软件，英语流利。有较强的灵活性，有团队精神和沟通能力，能与同事和客户建立友好关系。
