Position Title: HRS Interface Manager Distribution - 信息集成/界面经理
Department: Hotel Solutions / 酒店合作部
Business Unit: Hotel Reservation Service
Location: Shanghai, China
Reports to: Director of Hotel Solutions


Tasks and responsibilities / 主要工作内容：

1. Assisting in the development, implementation, testing and ongoing support of national and international electronic interfaces (channel Management) which connect the reservation systems of our (hotel) partners with the HRS system.
2. Support and enhancement of all functionalities for all hotel supply partners interfaces, and coordination of all the requirements with the HRS IT and product developement team.
3. Pre-released implementation and testing of Channel Managers, OTA, aggregators Interfaces with HRS, to ensure hotel supply availability, improve interface functionality, update and optimise hotel information in the HRS database .
4. Interact on a regular basis with the HRS and external partner IT and Product development department to successfully ensure that a smooth flow of information and efficient overall communication is maintained at all times .
5. Supporting the hotel Account Manager Team in advising on connectivity options, interface knowledge training and assist on adhoc operational projects aimed to improve efficiencies in the Hotels Sourcing team.
6. 1st level Hotel support to manage quality issue with channel Manager.


Qualifications / 学历要求:

College or university degree or above


Business/Technical Skills / 相关技能:

1. Degree in economics, business IT or tourism/hotel management
2. 2 years experience in similar role, OTA, hospitality electronic distribution environment, revenue management
3. Experience in e-commerce and distribution technologies such as global distribution systems, property management systems and computer reservation systems
3. Excellent knowledge of English
4. Good working knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel)
5. Good conceptual skills, organisational ability and strong communication skills as well as a high level of initiative and enthusiasm
