岗位职责：

Job Responsibility:

1. 负责国内零配件的采购:

Local purchase for Spare parts

1）根据公司采购标准工作流程，处理ASP服务部门的零配件采购订单。向供应商询价、成本对比。

Make inquiry to local vendor and compare the purchase cost for spare parts. Place PO to vendor according to purchase SOP.
2）跟进货物交付情况，确保按时交货，有问题及时反馈。对于进口零配件应及时向进口采购员了解进口报关动态，突发问题应及时和客户、ASP服务部门沟通。

Follow up the delivery to make sure the goods arrival on time. Keep regular contact with overseas purchaser to expedite customs clearance.
3）根据ASP服务部和客户的销售预估，对于重点品规的零配件制作需求计划，制定安全库存。

Make demand planning for key spare parts according to rolling sales forecast and set up safety stock.
4）进口零配件的进口保险和国内运输保险每月月底统一汇总至物流人员进行投保。并协助后续的索赔工作。

Imported spare parts and domestic transport insurance. Follow up the claim.

2. 上海零配件仓库日常工作：

Warehouse management for Spare parts.

1）根据ASP部门的销售订单向各地发货，追踪并反馈状态；发货签收单应做到及时收集归档登记，签收单POD率应在97%以上（含快递发货）；

Ship the goods to customer according to ASP delivery note. Follow up and collect the cargo receipt from transport forwarder.
2）到货零件的清点和归位；对于重点品规的零配件应做到定期抽盘，实行月度盘点。年度盘点差异不超过2%；

Stock-in/out checking. Cycling stock count monthly. The discrepancy rate of annual stock count should be controlled within 2%;
3）根据公司仓储和物流标准工作流程进行仓库的日常清洁与整理。

Daily warehouse keep in clean and orderly according to warehouse SOP.

4）每周六仓库值班，确保服务部门工程师零配件仓库的物料领取、收发货物的正常运作。

Be on duty in warehouse on each Saturday, to ensure ASP engineer could get the spare parts from warehouse.

3. 日常报告的制作Regular

Purchase & Warehouse Reports

1）和ASP部门商讨确定系统库位对应每家ASP授权服务商。按对应的库位进行系统拣货、出库。

Assign the storage location in SAP with ASP. Pick up and post issue as per each storage location.
2）月末提供库存报告给物流部和ASP部主管；以及提供零配件进销存数据。数据应和实际账实数目一致。

Make regular monthly inventory report and provide to logistics manager and ASP department.

岗位要求：

Requirement:

1. Be familiar with local purchase、domestic transportation process 熟悉采购和国内货运流程。

2. Good communication and collaborative skills. 良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力，能和ASP服务部门紧密配合。

3. Self-motivated and work under pressure. 良好的主动能动性，能承受工作压力。

4. College/or University degree, International trade or Logistics management.

大专学历以上，国际贸易或物流管理专业。

5. Three or more years working in Purchase, logistics experience 三年以上采购、物流管理的工作经验。
