职位描述

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Complete field marketing and technical responsibility for the ERICO Utility and Industrial product line in the specified region.
  • Influence end - user specifications to provide approval for ERICO Utility and Industrial, emphasising technical advantages over competitor products.
  • Create demand for ERICO Utility and Industrial products through pro-active promotion with end-users, design institutes / consulting companies and other specifying engineers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regional distributor management.
  • Develop sales strategies and tacnical plans to achieve individual sales targets.
  • Manage key direct accounts.
  • Manage and maintain existing customer base.
  • Identify and manage new business and product development.
  • Carry out market analysis to identify new areas of business.
  • Provide first line product applications support including liaison with ERICO Utility and Industrial product management and applications engineering staff.
  • Partner with the ERICO Utility and Industrial management team.
  • Supply technical information and advice regarding the company's products.
  • Effectively utilize the ERICO Customer Relationship Management system to follow sale through to completion.
  • Conduct contractor visit program.
  • Provide training on ERICO Utility and Industrial products.
  • Effectively communicate your customer needs, activities, opportunities, market needs and other related information to your manager and team as required.
  • Visit and provide support on job sites.
  • Travel as required complying with ERICO travel policy.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University/Bachelor's degree required,electrical / electronics engineering.
  • Five to Seven years of sales experience in the electric utility sector, including generation, transmission, and / or distribution, ideally with State Grid.
  • Responsibility for a significant number of products and / or customers throughout China.
  • Command of both Mandarin Chinese and the English languages.
  • Possess, or be able to develop, a thorough knowledge of the applications of ERICO Utility and Industrial.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to communicate confidently with both technically trained and non-technical customers.
  • Professional presentation skills suited to presenting ERICO Utility and Industrial products and solution at various organizaitonal levels.
  • Ability to present to customers in an effecive manner the product differentiation offered by ERICO.
  • Interpersoal skills developed to a level sufficient to negotiate and guide potential customers toward an ERICO-provided solution.
  • Commercial and contract knowledge.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Commitment to ERICO company values.
  • Experience with a customer relationship management system, perferably salesforce.com
  • Ability to be self-motivated, self-directed and self-managed.
  • Demonstrated perseverance to follow up on open leads and convert these into sales.
  • Demonstrated achievement in sales, business development or product management.
