职位描述

Position Title / 役職名: HRS Corporate Sales Manager - 法人営業マネージャー / 商旅销售经理
Department / 部門: Corporate Sales / 法人営業
Business Unit / 事業: Hotel Reservation Service
Reports to (title) / 報告 (タイトル): Head of Regional Sales / 地域営業部長

PURPOSE OF POSITION / 仕事内容:
1. Acquisition of new corporate account or explore new accounts in China and AP Region
2. Acquisition of HQ existing clients’ branches in China and AP region
3. Network with and develop relationships with key decision makers at key clients to improve opportunities for new sales and accounts.
4. Identify “Potential Clients” and proactively search for new sales leads to enlarge client base in China & AP.
5. Analyse clients´ needs while providing them with tailor-made solutions
6. Investigate and assess competitor strengths and weaknesses and identify HRS market strengths to ensure the HRS Business Development strategy is correctly implemented
7. Find sales leads and recommend to HRS HQ

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
主要責任

1. New account acquisition / 新規顧客の獲得:
- Meet sales target :revenue turnover; number of contract signed; number of sales visits
- Fully handover new client’s information and demands to Account Manager
- Conduct daily sales activity by telephone, visiting and email, etc and fill in daily sales report.
- Increase brand awareness in corporate industry in AP region

2.Sales target achievement / 販売目標達成:
- Annual sales target achievement. i.e. sales revenue target achievement, number of contract signed, commissionable ratio, number of sales visit, etc.

3. Internal team support / 社内チームサポート
- Increase online booking ratio
- Assist decreasing corporate net booking ratio
- Cooperate with AM & Operation team to conduct service implementation and annual account analysis
- Competitor Information collection
- Sales leads recommended to other foreign offices


Qualifications, 資格: College degree or above / 大卒以上



Business/Technical Skills, (eg. computing, negotiating, leadership, project management)
ビジネス/テクニカルスキル(例:PC、交渉、リーダーシップ、企画管理等):
1. Proficient English and Japanese in writing and speaking
2.. Good communication and presentation skills
3.. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal service.
4. Strong negotiation & convincing skills
5. Solid the industrial knowledge with positive thinking
6. Self-motivated and willing to working under pressure
7. Japanese Native is preferred.
8. Good Chinese in speaking will be preferred.


Experience ( Technical and Behavioural) 経験(技能及び行動):

Essential 必須:
- 5+ years in sales & marketing, preferably with experience in hospitality industry
- Experience with MNCs in China and Asia Pacific region


Desirable 希望:
- Grasp of other foreign languages is preferred
