Job Summary
An ABS People Mobility Tax Sr. Analyst is accountable for service delivery of Mobility services in connection with all Accenture personnel going on international assignments on permanent or temporary basis with their relocation needs including the local taxation and other policies. The role involves ensuring mobility services are delivered for the individual, the project management, the Accenture organization, CBF, CFM and HR
The role will
Provide Mobility services for multiple countries and assignees
Have regular interaction with People Mobility onshore and ET&I teams, other internal teams and external vendors
Key Responsibilities
General
Understand global as well as local relocation & transfer policies & assist resources in understanding the policies
Hands on working on RMS Connect tool to record pre assignment to post assignment activities
Prepare various documents for tax calculations, Tax Cost Estimate etc as required
Assist resources on social tax & personal income tax applicability in host country. Analyze the taximplications and prepare tax cost estimate information
Coordinate with tax consultants wherever required
Assist with related special projects and various operational tasks as needed
Prepare ad-hoc analysis and reports as requested
Develop knowledge and understanding of performance metrics and strive to meet and exceed them
Need based reporting/decision making
Assist team lead to review some work and train new team member
Finance
Follow standard People Mobility procedures and ensure compliance with Finance policy and internal controls
All assignees are marked taxable when they exceed local thresholds
TCE is requested or manual accrual processed for all taxable assignees
Accruals are sent to finance for all taxable prior to month end
Accruals cover the taxable period
E-lists match the taxable and accrued listing
