Overall Purpose of Job

Support Process Transition from Operational Excellence perspective;

Support BPO process Operational Excellence;

Lead OE process improvement project.

Lead OE innovation project.

Responsibilities/Authorities

Support in Finance(RTR/PTP/OTC operational excellence framework establishment during process transition period;

Support operational excellence of BPO process;

Lead internal process improvement project on Cost, OE and Client Satisfaction;

Imparting advanced training to personnel on OE related initiatives to percolate OE across the organization and building an OE Culture.

Carry out OE audits and ensure that the OE systems are being implemented consistently and effectively

The Job will involve all the Accenture China BPO operation processes

Qualifications

Six Sigma Belt: Black Belt + certified is preferred;

Project Management: Multiple projects management experience is required;

Operations: BPO F&A Operation management experience is required;

MS Access/MS Project/MS Office is required.
